Before the Wedding

Finding a photographer and videographer that fits your style and personality is key. Talking through how you envision your experience and what is delivered to you as images is so important.

We love to talk through all your expectations and make sure we are a good fit. We can talk over the phone, via zoom, or in person. We have a studio in Mendon, NY or we can meet somewhere closer to you.

We think it is truly important to show you a lot of images from all parts of the wedding day and all different kinds of weddings. To give you the best idea of how we tell stories and see light and people.

Before the wedding day, we talk through your event to make sure we are leaving time for photos with you in the prettiest light of the day. We take your wedding day schedule pretty seriously.

When you look through our images you see people who look like themselves. They are interacting candidly and they feel comfortable and can truly connect with each other. By spending as much time with you during an engagement session as possible we get to know you. Being connected to our clients creates trust and confidence, which makes your wedding day so much fun!! (and most importantly, gets you gorgeous images).

Wedding Day

This day is unique. Different than most others that you have ever experienced. For so many reasons.

Every couple and family has a different dynamic and we are there for it. By the time we have arrived to this day we have spent time thinking about your event and visualizing it and are ready to tell your story.

Trust us. We have it. You, be in the moment. We have all the rest.

We spend parts of the day zeroed in on really capturing the depth of the event. The details, the dress, the jewelry, your mom watching you get your make-up done, the veil that was worn by your grandmother, the handwritten best man’s speech. Whatever there is, we notice. We are also very much creating images that are storytelling. We have thought about when to bring you out into the beautiful light. All throughout the day, we are planning and directing our couples and their families to make things beautiful while capturing what is happening organically. During the main events, we are as invisible as possible and when we are crafting your portraits we give you direction enough to be beautiful while allowing you to actually connect to each other.

We truly like to be there from the moment you put on the dress until the party is nearly over. As much or as little as you want us. Mostly we just want to tell the whole story. Beautiful things happen in all parts of your day.

Your Products

We show all our couples a lot of images in the days following their event. So you can see them right away, share, and because we kinda can’t wait to show you. We get pretty excited about what we created for you.

We then edit and deliver images digitally. For you to have and share with your friends and family.
